Transfers and additional nights
If flight times will require you to arrive/depart a day earlier/later please let us know as we can usually secure additional nights accommodation at our hotels at a lower price than you will find online and mean you don’t have to change accommodation. All our tours include airport transfers from the nearest international airport and the dates of these can be flexible around your flight reservations.
Group Bookings
If you have booked a private group tour then many airlines are able to offer a discount for groups of above 10 people. If you all plan to depart and arrive together then consulting one of these options would be an ideal starting point. Groups such as Flight Centre (flightcentre.co.uk/flights/group-travel) have global offices that can assist you. We also know of the following airlines (although, much more are available) that offer online quotes/information about group bookings.
Individual Bookings
Most of our office team search for flights on Skyscanner (skyscanner.net) as this will give you a range of options from different airlines as well as allowing a different departure and arrival airport which many of our tours need to accommodate. Many other online search tools exist which may be more suited to your country but here are some simple flight saving tips on our blog. Alternatively, our team are always happy to help you in finding flight options after booking.
